Batmobile and Ford GT kind of Similar?

I don't think it's my crazy mind wondering again, I think I'm right the Batmobile looks very similar to the Ford GT. Take time out to compare the two. The front end's curves and back end has the same sleek design. All that it's missing is the stripes!
